I got into real estate in 2010, about a year after graduating high school. At the time, I was young and curious about the business, but I did not truly take it seriously until I moved to Texas in 2012. That move was a turning point for me. Being in Texas exposed me to the scale of land, development, and opportunity in a way I had never seen before, and it pushed me to fully commit to real estate as a long term career.

Over the years, I have focused primarily on wholesaling and buying land, working directly with landowners, developers, and investors. I enjoy solving problems and helping people find clear paths forward, especially in situations where landowners feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of their options. My goal has always been to create outcomes that make sense for everyone involved, not just push a transaction through.

On a personal level, I am very family oriented and believe strongly in integrity, accountability, and doing what I say I am going to do. Those values carry into how I operate my business and how I treat the people I work with. I believe long term relationships are built through honesty, consistency, and follow through.

My mission with Strategic Land Capital LLC is to responsibly unlock land value by creating win win outcomes, operating with transparency, and executing at a high level for our sellers, partners, and investors. We focus on doing deals the right way and building trust that lasts well beyond a single transaction.
